A worker’s well-being and satisfaction is proven to have a direct impact on a team’s willingness for collaborating and their performance capabilities.
This game seeks to spark social interactions that enable trust and team-building for increasing well-being and performance in the workplace. By supporting remote workers on bridging some of the gaps that virtual collaborations come with, the aim is to provide new social protocols that make a positive difference in a team’s work-culture.
Within the GAMIFY project, The Proximity Seeker game has been developed in cooperation with industry partners to deal with some of the issues that displaced global teams are challenged with.
GAMIFY is a Knowledge Alliance that brings together academia and industry to advance gamification for innovation and entrepreneurship.
